Darin H. Kawazoe is the sole proprietor of Support Unlimited, LLC. Darin’s greatest passion is facilitating transformative conversations with diverse interest groups to produce successful organizational change. His life’s work is devoted to helping people heal, constructing sustainable industries, growing awareness about benefactors, and using his writing skills to get companies what they need. A proud UHM alumnus, Darin received his MA in Urban and Regional Planning and BSW in Social Work. Darin is an executive turned consultant working on assorted corporate, non-profit, and community issues. He applies Socrates to guide all of his work: “By far the greatest and most admirable form of wisdom is that needed to plan and beautify cities and human communities.”

Darin is a seven-time program award winner, including the United States Presidential Award for Community Fitness and Nutrition in 2016, which he credits to undeniable collaboration and teamwork. He is fortunate to have opportunities for helping teams of incredibly talented men and women across the United States. One of the many directions of Support Unlimited involves working with companies responsible for nurturing lives. For the past 15 years, he has successfully guided companies through his consultation. In this role, he displays skills at generating revenues, addressing public relations, developing programs, and then training staff to take their work to the streets. “I have really great teachers,” he adds. When he isn’t working, you’ll find Darin’s affection for fitness and longevity extending into aging in place, pre and post-operative health conditions as well as strengthening seniors, adults, teens, and children through Hirobuilt.
